The Euro-Asian IT-Forum "Digital sovereignty as the basis for long-term international cooperation" will take place in Moscow on February 20-21.

During the Forum it's planned to discuss current trends in digital transformation and prospective areas of international cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies.

The program includes a plenary session dedicated to the development of government digital ecosystems, a round table for heads of organizations responsible for the digital transformation of the public sector, and three thematic panel sessions: "Information security of the state in the digital age", "Training for digital public administration", "Smart cities and regions". In addition, within the framework of the Forum, it is planned to hold a youth scientific and practical conference "Building a digital state: Opportunities and Constraints".

Heads of relevant public bodies, directors of the largest IT-companies, rectors of higher education institutions and representatives of development organisations are invited to participate.
